After reviewing (6) quotes from local roofing contractors I selected Matlock Construction & Roofing LLC. One of the reasons for going with Matlock over the other contractors was Brandon Matlock. (owner) He is a true professional and a Roofing expert. He suggested improvements for my project during the site inspection and submitted and very competitive bid. The bid was very detailed, and had a (7) year workmanship warranty. The job would be a complete tear-off with some repairs to the decking, quality shingles and new gutters and downspouts. I'm a very fussy 65yr. old professional and after reviewing all the bids I thought that Matlock offered the best deal. I was not wrong! The crew showed up on time , with Brandon making all the arrangements for dumpster and roofing supplies. During the tear-off ,water and insect damage was discovered and it was decided to replace all the Fascia boards. This is why I'm so glad I chose Matlock over the other bidders. Brandon knew how to fix the problems and also suggested using quality materials (no quick fix stuff). I was impressed by this. The crew was polite and courteous. The clean-up was outstanding. My roof looks wonderful and the gutters are perfect. This is old fashioned craftsmanship and I could not be happier with my experience with Matlock Construction & Roofing LLC and plan on using this fine company for future remolding projects on my home.
