- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have competitive pricing. We price each floor and/or trim job to fit the individual needs of the customer. We work with the customers to ensure that they are able to stay within their budget for the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet at the job site and go over the plan that they customer has in mind. We will give a rough estimate at that time to give the customer an idea on what they would need to budget for the project. When they are ready they can give us a call to schedule the project at their convenience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 3 plus years of work experience and also MSSC certified in logistics management to ensure that everything goes as smooth as possible for our customers.
