Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, but he was also patient and honest throughout the entire process. He noticed that my original setup wouldn’t properly support the heavier curtains I planned to use, explained everything clearly, and helped me come up with a better solution that actually fit my space perfectly.
He even rehung the shade after adjusting for sizing differences and repurposed my previous curtain rod in another area instead of wasting it. He allowed me time to make a Lowe’s run and never made me feel rushed or pressured. That level of customer service is rare.
