What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically start by getting some basic information about the project and then we schedule a hassle free appointment at the customers earliest convenience. You will not be visited by some smooth salesmen and we wont take 2 1/2 hours of your day! Our project managers pair with you the home owner to make sure you get your dream window, door or siding project accomplished at the best value in Northern Indiana, Guaranteed!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has a combined 20 years of experience in the Window, Door and Siding Industry. We still dedicate time to ongoing training because as the industry evolves, we evolve with it.
