Gave us a reasonable estimate and make sure minimal work was required to take care of the animal. He gave us detailed before and after pictures would definitely recommend using him for any rodent control needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will always offer free inspections! Many times this is what customers have appreciated most as it is nearly unheard of in our industry.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we first get approached by a customer we will set up a free inspection. This inspection includes a full exterior and attic check for any and all damage the problem animal has caused. Once we have the entire house checked and photos of any damage we will put together a detailed quote. This quote will come with a full photo report also. After that you get to sit back and relax as we take your home from the animals apartment to animal free with a lifetime warranty on all our repairs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed through the state of Indiana to remove all nuisance wildlife. We are also a member of the National Wildlife Control Operators Association(NWCOA).
