Ken. The General Manager, was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The job took a little longer than expected because they ended up needing to replace some insulation. They were good about explaining what needed to be done. The cost of the project was quite reasonable.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen to customer and ask what their repair needs are. If appropriate, we
schedule a time for a free estimate. If we are able to confidently price , we will quote over the phone or the Thumbtack message.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team of drywall Technicians are led by a Master Drywall Technician of 25+yrs. They go through extensive hands on daily training and mentorship that allows for growth and collaboration within the Patch Boy Family.
