- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very reasonable I do carry business insurance and worker’s compensation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to visit the site to see the scope of work so that I can give an accurate quote with no up sales for stuff the customers doesn’t need. Sometimes a deposit is required and then we sign a written contract for scope of work a start and finish date and go over terms for 5 year warranty on all work preformed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 12 years experience in custom homes and repairing residential homes and I also have 13 years in commercial work. I can work with brick block stone sidewalks chimneys new builds and restoration of all masonry products.
