My name is Kyle Ruthig and I am a notary public in and for the State of Indiana with nearly 15 years of professional experience and over 10,000 documents successfully notarized to date. I am a mobile notary and am looking to exceed your expectations within a 60 mile radius of Marion county guaranteeing a quick response and utmost professionalism throughout the process. My goal is to make this as quick and painless for you and loved ones but guarantee a very thorough and completed job.
I am 100% mobile and on top of making house calls, I have conducted work at numerous businesses, hospitals, elderly care facilities, hospices, etc. and no situation is too unique for me to handle.
I am flexible most weekdays and weekends and am willing to travel to you or meet you at a mutually agreed upon location.
If you come to me, I charge $10 per signature needing notarized per Indiana law.
If you need me to come to you, please provide me with an address along with the number of signatures needing notarized for a precise quote with no surprise fees.

Kyle was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He answered all of my questions fully and quickly and educated me on some Indiana state statutes pertaining to my notary request. Once he completed the notaries he contacted me promptly, emailed me the documents and confirmed that everything looked right. He then emailed me with the tracking number for the original documents. If I have any more notary requests in Indiana, Kyle’s my guy!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hopes are to start any interaction with a personal, consultative phone call. I am willing to give precise quotes after gathering specific information and I am also willing to negotiate to ensure I am staying competitive with the local market. While I'm sure I will never be the cheapest option, I can guarantee that there will be a 100% satisfaction each and every time given my expertise in this field.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To start, I would prefer to connect for a brief consultative phone call to ensure I am gathering all the important information upfront. I love to share my expertise to help educate others, even if that means coming to the conclusion that I am not the right person for the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 8 years of professional and certified experience as a Notary Public in and for the state of Indiana. Over that time, I have notarized thousands of documents of all varieties. There is no document I am not familiar with or unable to confidently and thoroughly notarize.
On top of my notary experience, I have a Bachelor's Degree from Purdue University in Business and am currently a full time employee in IT consulting for a Fortune 100 organization.
