- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every tree, location of the tree, and surroundings are different. Pricing is always done on site so there are not surprises. We cannot quote via pictures.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the initial conversation, I collect basic information for quoting. I schedule a time to make a visit to your home or business, and develop a quote often while on site. After that, I prepare a digital quote for approval. The quote is emailed to you and there is a link to accept the proposal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Initially I shadowed professional arborists as I was starting my own tree company back in 2014. The technical side of the business I acquired from spending time with certified arborists for things such as plant/tree healthcare and pruning techniques. Many of my rigging/roping techniques were developed of years of practice to fine tune what works best for us. Tree removals with a crane came from years of owning my own crane and daily use.
