Frank showed up when he said he would, he didn't try to upsell me on anything , when the project became more involved than we planned he didn't overcharge me . He was open to adding other small jobs as they came up during the project without charging me a fortune for the extra. I felt he was fair, kind, and competent . Definitely going to use him in the future. In all he replaced quarter round remodeled woodwork the dog had chewed, cleaned up great stuff insulation and caulk the bathroom , my renter's idea of insulation , patched plaster , hang light fixtures and ceiling vent. He also fixed two doors so they would close properly . I couldn't be more satisfied the price was very reasonable

Mr. Shank got back with me right away and camebout the next business day to do an estimate. It was not a large job so he completed that day for a great price. He was thorough and we were very pleased with the final product.
