- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While I do offer set prices, I work with each client to make sure they get the most value for their money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone consultation to get to know the client and what their needs are, Overview of their current books (if any), Questions, costs, then off to work I go! I usually can have a clients books completely straightened out withing the week.
