We include vacuuming, spotting, a thorough pre-scrubbing followed by additional cleaning. The carpet is then groomed with a carpet rake which helps it dry quicker and also makes it look more uniform, like new carpet! There is no "basic" cleaning price & then a higher price for a method to get it cleaner. No matter how dirty the carpet is we will clean it. Got 4 rooms carpet cleaned and very satisfied. I like the fact that he didn't try to upsell any additional add-ons and was very honest from the start what might not come out entirely. He was on time and very patient. What he quoted me was what I paid him. No hidden or unexpected fees.
