Larry did an amazing job fixing up our stairs (new stair noses, nailing down loose treads, securing loose railings, etc.) and swapping out our old bathroom vanity and mirror. He listened to my concerns (no matter how small!) and went above and beyond with both projects. We’ll definitely be hiring him again for future jobs! First 2 pics are before and last 2 are after.

Larry and his team were great. I wanted to replace my deck with something larger that would also work with my yard. Unfortunately I only had a general idea of what I wanted, but he was able to design something that turned out truly beautiful. My kids and I cannot wait to use it this summer! Regarding professionalism and quality, Larry worked with me to come up with a process for getting him the materials they needed in a manner that worked best for me as well as a timeline that worked well for both of us. He was one of the first to respond to my posting and was able to come and provide an itemized estimate that worked well with my crazy schedule. Communication through texting worked well for both of us and he was quick to respond to any questions throughout the process. One thing that impressed me considerably was that Larry actively worked on the project and didn't simply assign it to a team like others I had considered were going to do. He was on site throughout the project and even followed up to make one modification because he wasn't happy with how it turned out. I was equally impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of his entire team. I am already discussing another project with Larry, so obviously I am willing to hire Southern Improvements again. I strongly urge others to consider Southern Improvements for their projects.
