Jon was courteous and on time. We had a pile of random trash from one of our jobsites and he took it away with no worries and made sure the space was swept of debris. I have 20 years experience in customer service as a service plumber in commercial and residential. i understand the importance of true customer service and communication
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We received a phone call after the storms had flooded out the Norwood area. The gentleman's basement had been flooded out with at least 12" of water. Pulled up with our 12 yard dump trailer and helped them remove the soaking wet debris from the basement and the garage and was out of their way in roughly two hours.
