Bill is extremely professional and responded ASAP. I'm SO impressed with the response and the flexability to assist with my situation. My "project" is rather small, but Bill was very willing to assist, despite the smallness of the request. There is a reason Oxbow Builders has a 5 star rating! Oxbow was able to completely revive our pool deck. It was uneven and falling apart. They re-leveled it, add new supports, replaced boards and refinished it. It is a completely new deck at 1/2 the cost!
