What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try our best to get you the most accurate pricing we can do! We charge based on distance, labor, and how much there is to dump. All prices are adjustable and we can discuss what your needs are and what your budget is!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First once we get in contact with our new customer we'll ask for pictures showing off what exactly it would be us hauling away. Once that's all finished we'd give you a quote based on where you are and what the junk we're removing is. Then we'd set up a day for us to come over and take it all away!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While our work doesn't require a formal college degree, we have years of hands-on experience in property management, construction, and logistics that directly applies to what we do. We are fully trained in proper lifting techniques, safe handling of heavy or awkward items, and efficient space optimization (making sure we pack our truck perfectly to save you money). We also stay up-to-date on local environmental and disposal regulations to ensure everything we haul away is recycled or disposed of responsibly
