- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price fairly and communicate clearly. Once agreed upon our prices do not change unless a change order is put in.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a phone interview where we ask questions to get a base line on your project. In this interview we cover five things: 1. Scope of work, 2. estimated project cost, 3. influencers that may have a day in the projects completion, 4. Trust, 5. Consultation charge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At TOMA Buildings our crews have decades of experience in the fields we offer. When a crew goes out it has all the tools and knowledge needed to complete the job.
