- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our aim at TOMA Property is to be as convenient for the customer as possible. When assisting a new customer, the process is quite simple. When we receive a request for a job, the person requesting the service is quickly contacted. A date is set to meet and discuss the job that will be accomplished. One of our staff members will then meet with the customer to discuss cost and when to begin working. Once the preliminaries are finished, then the work begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Colorado Technical University with a general major in Marketing/Management.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My earliest memories of childhood are working side-by-side with my father on his workbench. My father taught me self-determination, skill, and hard work. He also instilled into me the principle of never quitting until my task was completely finished. Only my best was accepted in every job I completed.
