We are in the process of selling our house and the deck needed a power wash. Ric came in with a great price and was able to come out the next day. He did an excellent job and was extremely professional. My neighbor used him the next day as well. I have since referred Ric to several friends

I had never used Thumbtack before, but needed my house power washed to get the film off the siding. Ric made the experience smooth and easy. Not only was he the most fair offer, he was the only professional to actually come out to my house for a fair quote. He cleaned the screens, siding, and windows. Very pleased w the work done and will be using Ric again.

He arrived to give estimate and pointed out that I didn't need to worry about my drive way and just need north side of the wall washed. The pricing was good and he even got me in his schedule for the next day.

Pressure washing is $0.15-20 per flat SF Pressure washing is $1.50 per LF for 1-2 story homes/buildings Window washing is $3-$5 per window, per side, depending on level of window (1st, 2nd, or 3rd story window) Gutter cleaning is worst case estimate ($0.79 per LF)
