- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer an hourly rate as well as a half hour rate. I have a 24 hour cancelation policy. If you cancel your lessons within 24 hours of your lesson, you will be charged for the session. If you need to reschedule less than 24 hours before, I will work with you to find a time that works instead.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will start by asking you what your goals are and why you want to start taking voice! I will then guide us through a warm up to get to know your voice and your level of experience. I will also ask you (if you are comfortable) to bring in a song you love to sing (this is not required) so I can hear you on a song and assess how to move forward from there with our lessons.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated with a BFA degree from Belmont University with an emphasis in vocal performance.
