Introduction: I have worked with people my entire working life. I have been known to be a "friendly face" and "approachable". I enjoy making people happy and I really enjoy helping people relate to their dog. I strive to make your relationship with your dog enjoyable and fun. If there is a problem with a behavior in your dog that you'd like to work on, I do all that I can to help you solve it. I start training based on what your dog already knows and work from there. I use Positive Methods Training unless your dog is not fit for that type. A lot of trainers use this method to a T. However, I use it for dogs that take to it, if the dog doesn't respond well, I utilize other methods of training. I am different than a certified, dog championship winning trainer. I will not make you feel silly or push you or the dog into training that you're not ready for. I will give you and your dog what is asked and help you until the training is complete. I will work with you and your dog to solve problems and if I cannot help your dog's specific needs I will return your money and offer a suggestion on where to take them to next. I love working with pets and their people. I enjoy the look the owner gets when the dog is finally clicking with them and everything falls into place. I also see a challenge to overcome when things don't click and never give up on a stubborn dog!
