Terrell did an absolutely amazing job of unclogging a major issue in my master bathroom! He was extremely responsive, punctual, professional, and took his time getting to the root of the problem and did not leave until it was resolved! Terrell was very professional and thorough. He definitely knows what is needed before he do the job. He ran out to get the correct parts that was necessary to complete installing our faucets.
