I had a leaking softener (out the overflow hole in the back). I had a plumber out (one of the ‘full service’ firms) who told me I’d have to replace it (for no small sum of course). Softener was only 6 yrs old so I opted for a second opinion. Smitty’s came out immediately. He fixed it, left, and followed up. Ultimately it took a couple trips back, but Jeremy fixed it and offered to credit whatever I spent on repairs towards a replacement if necessary. Excellent experience and a stand up dude!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With water treatment - we just ask for a photo of the unit we are repairing or a photo of where the new unit will be going. With all other services just contact us and we will schedule a time and do the work 👍
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have many years experience in water softeners, drinking water systems. We also can test water on site or through a lab.
