We had a tricky plumbing situation that required some additional branches created in a confined space to get a water softener fitted. Jeremy and his duo from Smitty’s got it done within the day, and we had soft water!

Had an issue with cloudy rusty water and had Smitty out and the man handled buSiness like a real pro. He was punctual and professional. We are a family owned business. We are happy to help and dedicated to quality work. No corporate ridiculousness !!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With water treatment - we just ask for a photo of the unit we are repairing or a photo of where the new unit will be going. With all other services just contact us and we will schedule a time and do the work 👍
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have many years experience in water softeners, drinking water systems. We also can test water on site or through a lab.
