Dwight did a great job on my roof repair. He was about 40% less on final cost compared to what competitors were quoting. I called him on a Saturday, was able to agree on price, and he completed the work the following Wednesday. All of this in the heart of winter and with a snowstorm in between, and he even got the materials! He had the work already done by the time some other roofing companies had even returned my calls. If you want quality work done, efficiently, and at an affordable price, Dwight is your man.

With Dwight's help we were able to plan and construct a fence that our HOA approved and that we love. He used thicker than standard pickets that look like they will be very sturdy. His gates are well constructed and the latch mechanism is easy to use. Most contractors I spoke with could not begin building our fence until late in the summer, but Dwight started less than a week after we obtained HOA approval and was finished in three days! His bid was also the lowest of any we received. He even provided locks for our gates because our plot borders a lake, and some fill dirt for where our yard sloped down. We did not have to do any clean-up at all after they finished, either, which was great! All in all he was easy to stay in contact with and his team did high quality work in a short amount of time. We are very pleased and would hire him again for our next project.

Dwight was true to his word. Once the project was started, his team worked thoroughly until the job was done, even through hot weather conditions. He beat the prices of several other local companies and the quality of construction was exceptional. Very personable and easy to work with.

Dwight was awesome from the bid, to working us into his schedule after a previous builder bailed on us. He showed up every day he said and worked on the fence as much as he could. Everything was cleaned up and final project looks great! I will use Duncan's again!
