Tim was awesome! Hey, walked in and went straight to work. It’s amazing because I could hear how skilled and talented he is as he tuned the piano. And it was very out of tune because it had been moved a year ago and had it been tuned since. When he finished, he took the time to explain to me some things about my piano and shares of fascinating facts, things I had no idea about. My Aeolianpiano sounds beautiful and I will definitely be hiring him again in six months to keep my piano sounding crisp since the move.

Tim was great, he was very responsive and reasonably priced. Showed up and got right to work and finished quickly. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I appreciate him being able to work on a stuck key as well as tuning the piano. I would absolutely recommend him and plan to hire him again in the future.

The tuner arrived on time, performed an excellent tuning job, by ear. He completed the job in a very rapid and professional manner that he should be very proud of. l intend to have him return and re tune my piano in the future.

We thought the piano sounded "flat" before Tune My Piano Unlimited's visit, but it now sounds magnificent-- just as melodious as the day it was delivered to our home some 40 years ago, and at least six moves ago. Thanks for being so skilled at what you do!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I guarantee my work. If there seems to be a note that is still flat or sharp after tuning, I will make another visit absolutely free of charge. I personally remember too well the feeling of having an instrument still not tuned to my specification. I was basically left out of luck before investing in my own professional tuning equipment.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make out a check list via phone and instant messaging, to get a feel for anything specifically needing attention on the customer's instrument before actually coming out to a scheduled tuning. The more details I can glean from a customer ahead of time, the more time it will often save the customer once the job has begun.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to a four year fine arts institution for music and music industry/business. Upon completion of my degree at Stephen F. Austin State University, I went on to complete a music practicum and actually studied privately with an industry leader from ASCAP.
