WOW! If I could give Jeff (and Donna) 100 stars, I would! I had talked with another tileinstaller who I thought I could count on. Seems like he only wanted "big" jobs. He kept putting me off for two months. When I saw the work Jeff did on the website, I talked to Donna, and BAM! Jeff was here within a week. VERY professional with great ideas and GOSH what a transformation of my kitchen. I cannot thank both of them enough for a job well done!

If I could give Jeff more stars a DEFINITELY would!! My Husband and I have dealt with a lot of workers in our home. Jeff by far has been the best! I originally hired him to tear our a backsplash and put in a new one. He did an absolute GORGEOUS job and he is a perfectionist which is great when you're having work like that done. I then hired him to do crown molding. Once again, a beautiful job done. Yesterday he finished installing flooring in our upstairs along with shoe molding. He is punctual, honest, and his prices are beyond fair. His wife Donna usually accompanies him and together they make sure everything is perfect! I will hire him again and again!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of the time I will just base pricing upon how long I think the project will take X hourly rate and materials if applicable
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Arrange to meet with them to discuss their project and possibly suggest alternatives if applicable. I typically will make a material list and order materials. Usually materials are purchased by the homeowner so I dont need to collect money in advance to get jobs started.. Once materials are onsite ,I will get everything staged and unaffected areas protected. I typically try to make everything as painless as possible for the homeowner from start to finish.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 yrs experience as a working commercial construction superintendent/carpenter building and renovating schools,post offices , city and county buildings and courthouses.. .and 17 yrs in residential construction and remodeling ex; framing drywall ,finishing,painting,doors,windows,siding,trim,flooring and much more.
