Lynn did an amazing job for us when we moved out of a rental home. She cleaned it so well we were able to leave without any charges being assessed against us from landlord. Definitely worth every cent - great job and would hire again for sure!!!

The apartment was very dirty and needed a lot of cleaning. She drove over an hour to come to the apartment and spent about 5 h cleaning the apartment and asked me if it's up to my satisfaction and was willing to stay and clean longer if need be. I recommended her to my apartment complex. She came on time (I was late) and was very friendly and professional. For the amount of cleaning she did it was good value.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $20 an hour. I don’t like to quote a flat rate up front because every property is different and I can’t predict how long it will take me without seeing the home first.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have some experience in hotel housekeeping and have never had a bad review or complaint against me.
