Lynn cleaned out new home ahead of move in and did a fantastic job. The home has been empty for many months with a lot of dust and dirt buildup. Lynn left everything fresh and clean!

The apartment was very dirty and needed a lot of cleaning. She drove over an hour to come to the apartment and spent about 5 h cleaning the apartment and asked me if it's up to my satisfaction and was willing to stay and clean longer if need be. I recommended her to my apartment complex. She came on time (I was late) and was very friendly and professional. For the amount of cleaning she did it was good value.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $20 an hour. I don’t like to quote a flat rate up front because every property is different and I can’t predict how long it will take me without seeing the home first.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have some experience in hotel housekeeping and have never had a bad review or complaint against me.
