The service on my treadmill was top notch. Art arrived on time, rapidly assessed the issues, cleaned and repaired the treadmill effectively and charged the exact quoted price. He was extremely professional and does business the old-fashioned honest and efficient way! I am looking forward to having him service my exercise equipment in the future.

Art was amazing! He was punctual, very professional and personable. After completing the job, he explained how to use my bike. From start to finish it took Art one hour to assemble my exercise bike. I will truly call on him in the future!

Art was amazing. He responded quickly by asking me the mark and model and what was wrong with my treadmill. He then quoted me a price for the part, the labor and the trip charge. I live 50 miles away. He gave me a detailed explanation on what he would do and how much time it would take. I paid for the part up front and he ordered it from Nordic Trac. He kept me updated with tracking information and we agreed on a date to repair when the part arrived at his business. He arrived at my house 15 minutes early, was pleasant and professional and I felt very comfortable with him in my home. He repaired my treadmill in 45 minutes and then went through it with me so I could validate it worked properly. Best service I've had in longtime! 5 stars.

Great job, really professional, showed my wife how to use the machine and recommended connecting it to a surge protector to prevent any problems from arising due to power fluctuations throughout the home. Also cleaned up their work for me to easily dispose of. Definitely recommend, and will use in the future again.
