Kevin did a great job at filing my taxes. He took the extra step of explaining my return and the ways I can maximize my deductions as a self-employed notary agent. Everything was filed on a timely manner and I received my return in less than 2 weeks after Kevin filed my taxes.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not add fees for extra forms. We have an upfront pricing structure, and can tell you what your preparation will be!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a very simple process for for on boarding new customers. For our virtual customers, we have them download our app. After they download the app, answer the questions, take photos of documents, we setup an appointment and get everything taken care of!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Myself, have completed the annual filing season program and currently working on my bachelors in accounting. The other owner has a bachelors in accounting(currently working on masters), and over 10 years experience with personal and business taxes.
