I have been out of the workforce for a long while and needed to catch up. I do not have complicated taxes but either way, Kevin was more than capable of answering any questions I had. The ease of seeing him via cam was almost too convenient. I didn't need to be right there. And lastly, what we are all concerned with in this climate - the fee! What fee? 40 BONES! That was beyond affordable! Kevin has a lifelong client in me.

Never used thumbtack before but I’m so glad I found wrights tax garage. He made my taxes so easy and painless got everything handled within a day and it was super affordable. Unlike places near me which tried to charge me $300. I’ll be back next tax year!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not add fees for extra forms. We have an upfront pricing structure, and can tell you what your preparation will be!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a very simple process for for on boarding new customers. For our virtual customers, we have them download our app. After they download the app, answer the questions, take photos of documents, we setup an appointment and get everything taken care of!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Myself, have completed the annual filing season program and currently working on my bachelors in accounting. The other owner has a bachelors in accounting(currently working on masters), and over 10 years experience with personal and business taxes.
