- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very competitive among equally qualified firms, and my experience stems from a family construction business dating to 1951. If you select on price alone, you risk omissions, errors, and oversights to the work, only to cost you more during the project as extra items are added that should have been included to begin with. A qualification based selection (QBS) will result in faster project schedules, comprehensive designs, and greater satisfaction. My experience and knowledge will be an asset to your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial site visit and consultation. This will determine the exact scope of work and incorporate your vision for the project. I will used my laser scanner to create a digital model of your property and the basis for the design. Project updates will be shared as the plans quickly and efficiently develop.

A licensed professional engineer supported by my talented staff and over 350 projects completed.
