It was a joy to find Lucas. He responded within a couple of hours of our request. He provided an estimate and work was completed within the estimated range. Lucas scheduled the job and completed it in an efficient, friendly and professional manner. He also completed some other small tasks at no additional charge. We will be contacting him again when the need arises.

Following through with their words. Communicating why they leave site unattended after work has started. They QUIT this job 1/3 of the way in. Start talking about what their insurance covers. He had no power tools = get some for all workers. Nice guy they sent a boy to do a mans job. He said he could do this job, then changed his mind. Sad me still looking for a handyman

Hello Kim, we’re sorry for the frustration on this job. When one of our employees was out there, the description of the job we received wasn’t fully understood. After evaluating the job, I saw that this job was outside of our comfort zone and line of work. He did have many power tools, he just didn’t have the one he needed for this particular job. Sorry for the miscommunication and wish things could’ve went better. Thanks
