- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I constantly do research and modifactions to recipies wich keeps me on my toes. I also try to sit on guest chefs seminars that are in the area.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It really wasn't a decision it was more of an epiphany. I used to attend a college for Graphic Design, one day I walk out of class and say " im never going to need to know how to correctly place this picture on a poster! I will need to eat though." And that was it. Like I've said I have been cooking since I was a child but about 6 years ago was when I made the jump.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have only been able to do local events such as the Taste of Derby and a few smaller local food festivals.
