what a great guy. hired this company to revamp my deck. I live in a condo with an HOA so I had to keep things the way they were but the job was tedious due to having to repair a lot of lattice and paint a lot of lattice. it was definitely a job I did not want to do myself. Jared came as promised and gave me a full and detailed quote he arrived on time as scheduled and completed the work in one day. he worked non-stop in 100° heat never complaining once and being 100% respectful of my property cleaning everything up behind him and just handling the entire job with professionalism and pride. I will definitely recommend him to others and I will definitely hire him in the future..

Jared came out when he said he would to give a quote. He replaced my rotted wood around my windows, repaired my wood deck and fixed a problem from another contractor that had been there previously. He did a great job, was super nice and easy to work with. I highly recommend him

Last summer a busy contractor gave me Jared Metz's name. Jared was also busy but he promised to phone. I forgot but he did not. This summer Jared called and said he had some time. I asked him to stain my deck. He went one better. He repaired the deck before he stained it.
Jared's work satisfies me so much that I asked him to restore siding on my house. He pointed out that much of it is OK and that I need not replace all of it, If he can fit me into his schedule I expect to completed more projects with him.
My neighbor asked him to work on her deck. She and he negotiated Jared's first estimate. Jared listens when she or I ask questions or suggest ideas.
Jared will replace siding on my house. After he does I'll add whatever the result to this review.
