We sell, service and install only Heat & Glo, Heatilator and Quadrafire , Gas, Electric & Wood Burning Fireplaces and Stoves. We do not do service work on chimneys. This type is work is performed by Chimney Sweeps. Our home "The DESIGN CENTER at OLD US 20" is a 10,000 Square Foot one stop shopping center on the North West Side of Elkhart with three venues - Granitech, Michiana Fireplace & Home Center and "The Home Gallery by DuBois Enterprises" Granitech - Sells & installs Kitchen Cabinets and Granite/Quartz counter tops. Michiana Fireplace - Sells, services, and installs Fireplaces & Veneer Stone. DuBois Enterprises - Manufactures and Sells fireplace shelves and cabinets. Bob DuBois, Jr Michiana Fireplace and Home Center Working with customers to determine their requirements and taking care of them once they are sold.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We purchased our store from Hearth Technologies who makes Heat & Glo Fireplaces and because we purchased the store from them we can offer great discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Because fireplaces and stoves have so many combinations of styles and colors our customers stop by our show room first to view and discuss the 30 fireplaces and stoves we have on display. After the customer decides on the fireplace product we go to their home to determine what pipe and venting is necessary to install the product and then we give them a quotation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We do not us sub-contractors to install our fireplaces. Our company employee is NFI gas certified and has been installing fireplaces for over 20 years.
