mostly flat rate, some jobs I charge an hourly rate but it depends on the project
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to make my best first impression, I want to show the customer I do good work, and educate the customer on what needs to happen or if there is a repair, explain what needs to be done and how to prevent this from happening again
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
technical high school graduate, technical institute associates, certificate of training with EICC
