Niki has been so lovely to work with! I was looking for someone to help with ongoing cleaning for before and after guests check in to a vacation rental and she is incredibly responsive and flexible working with me on this. She even helps me go the extra mile with putting out gifts or adjusting the heat to make sure the house is ready for guests before they arrive. The quality of the work was excellent, everything looked and smelled great, there is nothing better than to come home and all the work is done. Every house is different! I give a quote depending on the size of the house and frequency of cleaning.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet my customers and discuss what they'd like cleaned in their home and how often. It's typically best to meet at the customers home so that I can accurately give a quote.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I needed a job that allowed me to work but also be a mom. I needed flexibility to be able to run kids around to every sporting event possible, but I also knew how great of a feeling it was coming home to a clean house and kit having to worry about cleaning after work and I wanted others to get that same joy.
