Jay did an awesome job for us. He turned our upstairs loft into a bedroom and it looks like it has always been there. My grandson is so excited to get his new bedroom. He also fixed our deck with new top railings and stained it to perfectly match. In the process, he found a serious problem with a post attached to our siding. He saved us from having damage done in future wind storms. I would highly recommend Jay to anyone!

We are EXTREMELY satisfied and impressed by James; he was actually the ONLY person to contact us after I submitted a request! He replied immediately, and has been extremely responsive and quick to come to our house to see what we needed done. He has done an excellent job with all the small projects we needed: he replaced a toilet, fixed and repaired stuck windows and installed screens, replaced a broken doorknob, fixed a stuck door, and is about to stain our deck. He is getting an estimate on installing custom French doors and on winterizing our screened-in porch. It seems like he can do anything we need, all "one stop shopping"! Lastly, he lives an hour away from where we live, and was more than happy to make the long drive numerous times. We would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who needs projects done!!!
