- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We normally charge by the job not the hour. We feel its more fair to the customer that way.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers we are really just trying to help them figure out what they want. Most people have ideas but we want to make sure that the customer is 100% sure before starting a project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 6 years of landscape work with class in diffrent plants and other related classes. Home repair is something we have just always been around and doing and have 2 years in the classroom on defining our skills.
