- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
General labor rate for most projects is $70 per hour, this includes if I have to go buy material for the customer. I am willing to come out and give quotes for the labor and material for $50, or a free quote over the phone with sufficient pictures.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My policy is I try to get a very clear understanding of what the customer’s expectations are so that I can meet and exceed those expectations.
