- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make the process simple and stress-free. When you schedule service, we'll confirm your appointment and keep you updated with real-time technician tracking so you know exactly when we’ll arrive, and a photo of the technician is provided by text and/or email. Your licensed electrician will arrive on time, introduce themselves, and listen carefully to your concerns. We start with a thorough safety evaluation of your system to identify the immediate issue, and any underlying concerns. Then, we'll walk you through all of your options using our Straightforward Pricing Guide® and you'll see the exact cost before we begin work. With your approval, most jobs are completed same day.
