Alan was fantastic to work with and his prices were surprisingly reasonable. He was very responsive and had the work completed the day after I reached out to him. I didn't want to hire a big name company, because who knows if you're going to get a rookie on the job who is only interested in profit? I made that mistake before. It felt good to have a solid guy do solid work for me. That's hard to find these days. Also, my furnace install was DIY to save money. It was a learning curve, but saved me about $12K. I have an engineering background and access to YouTube, so it was a DIY stretch. Wouldn't be eager to do it again, but could if I needed to. All I needed was for someone with the right tools and EPA license to connect and pressurize the lineset. While other companies refused to work with me, Alan was refreshingly different. He also inspected my work. I have family and friends who need HVAC work done, and I'm eager to pass along the recommendation. I would give him six stars if that were an option. Thank you Alan!

Alan was a dream to work with. He was patient and took his time answering my MANY questions. He explained the differences in system selections, which I greatly appreciated. He wasn’t pushy at all.
