What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our roof inspections are free! We work with insurance companies to fund the roof. Homeowners are responsible for the deductible. We have different financing options available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I’ll inspect your roof. I’ll show you pictures and videos of the state of your roof. We will discuss filing a claim with your insurance company or go over our finance options. Depending if it’s an insurance claim or an out of pocket repair or replacement dictates the next steps.
