Always good to deal with a privately owned family company. John was great at sleuthing the leak, and taking time to explain the logic in tracking it back. We have used this familys companies for over a decade now and they are our go-to.

AC went out on a Sunday night after 9pm. Western Sky took my call that night and had Uriah there by noon on Monday to check our old AC system and we realized it was dead as we figured. He had Jeff there the same afternoon to walk us through and order a new system that they then had installed in one day on Wednesday and were done by 5pm! All of this during the summer with 90+ degree heat. If your AC or furnace is on its last legs and need it fixed in a pinch I would definitely recommend this team!

Very thorough in reviewing our issue to provide an estimate and explained what would need to be done. They were scheduled within a week to complete replacement of all duct work in our crawl space! Very efficient and easy to work with.

Can I give 10 stars? So professional, honest, and fair priced. Their rates are competitive and estimates are clear and easy to understand. I have used them for HVAC and plumbing. From the office staff to the tech, I was so pleased! Jacqueline in the office was polite and cheerful. John was knowledgeable, and respectful of my time and property.
