- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have three pricing systems. I work hourly at a standard hourly rate on most one-off projects. On larger projects, at the request of the client, I bill per the project. Lastly with clients with on-going, steady needs, I can work on a monthly retainer free that we decide on based on the average number of hours are needed per month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to get to know you. I want to have a conversation about your business, what you do, what you want to do, and how you see yourself down the road. Part of design is not just solving the challenge at hand, but also considering the strategy and goals of the business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Indiana University with a fine arts degree specializing in graphic design. Recently, I completed a course in front-end web development so that I could translate my experience of graphic design to digital applications and user experience design.
