- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We generally are ten to fifteen percent less than other services and offer military and senior citizen discounts. We also offer referral incentives and HOA references.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I quote your yard through Thumbtack, I will come a leave a written quote and introduce myself to the property owner within 24 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a high school graduate with 22 years of retail management experience. This background taught me what customer service truly means and it's what sets me apart from my peers.
