- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is a free inspection. We will go over the exterior of your home top to bottom and take lots of pictures. From there we will review our findings and provide recommendations. Often times roof damage is due to storm damage and those will go through insurance. We will help you through the process and make sure you understand how it will work. We can take a lot of the burden off you by dealing directly with insurance. If no damage is found we will tell you that. If only a few repairs or maintenance need done we will tell you that too. We want you to be well informed of everything every step of the way and if everything looks good then that is great. You now can sleep easy knowing your home is protected. If you ever need our help in the future we will be there for you. We are not storm chasers looking for the next quick buck. We want to be there for you for the long term with any home project you may need. Inside or out
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We routinely get training from our manufacturer representatives on current product offerings as well as whats new in the industry. We want to make sure we are providing accurate information to our customers so they can make the best decision for their circumstance
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
The owners have been in the construction business since Highschool and saw a lot of good and bad customer experiences with other companies. They decided to start their own business to ensure that the customer is put first, always, and that the job is done right. No cutting corners.
