- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work for Gillman Home Center, so my prices will reflect those. I try to offer my clients the best pricing on their remodel and will happily discuss budget options to keep you within your goal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to keep things easy for you. I am perfectly happy to travel to you and ensure we have proper measurements and plans. I can do video chats, or whatever you need to fit your busy schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been designing kitchens for 9 years now. I've taken training courses to learn about NKBA guidelines and KCMA certifications on the cabinetry. Also in my 9 years I've built an unbelievable network of other designers to partner with.
