We've always had great service from Dugan and last week was no exception. Brad and Mark arrived on time to do the bi-annual service to our mini-split A/C units and were professional and curteous from the start. They listened to our concerns and worked diligently to make sure everything was functioning properly, even finding a solution to a unique problem we were having with one of our unit's motors. Instead of replacement, they found a means to reset it, saving us $$$. Always a good thing!

1st time he came said needed electrician, which i did, had a blown breaker, 2nd time he came out found main board was dead, has to order parts, parts are under warranty, labor is not, which is ok, so now waiting on parts. He has been straight up with me since day one.
