Shamrock home inspections performed a thorough inspection of our 2 family lake cottages. We are not intending to sell, but to find out what areas in the home need some attention. He took pictures, made a detailed report, along with recommendations based on the latest codes. Having a thorough understanding of the needed repairs is crucial for us as we want to maintain and improve our properties. Now we Can prioritize and move forward with our home improvement projects. He was flexible with my schedule. We are happy to have this detailed report along with pictures. It is a great resource and reference- since I would never be able to remember all that is needs to be done.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk with them. Get an idea what their concerns are about the home they are looking at. Have them involved with inspection if possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took the AHIT Certification course. I am a licensed home inspector in Indiana. I am a member of ASHI. I take yearly continuing education courses.
