My fiancé and I had a great experience working with this professional. We have a very old home (118 years old) and we wanted to get an inspection done prior to having a baby. He was knowledgeable yet able to explain what he has found and what needs to be done and when. He took his time to explain everything to us and was very understanding that our home wasn’t Squeaky clean and that we have pets in the home. He was exactly what we were looking for and we would highly suggest! His report was timely, thorough and precise. He even gave us cards for specific contractors we needed! 100% would work with again, and he will be who we call if we need another home inspection!

Steve did a great job! He took the time to explain his findings throughout the inspection process and made recommendations. He was on time and very thorough, even walking around the house twice just to ensure he didn't miss anything.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk with them. Get an idea what their concerns are about the home they are looking at. Have them involved with inspection if possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took the AHIT Certification course. I am a licensed home inspector in Indiana. I am a member of ASHI. I take yearly continuing education courses.
